Surprised by Yorkshire pudding
I made Sunday lunch today - Roast Beef, roast potatoes, the whole bit - including the Yorkshire pudding. I made a single big one and it was amazing - it crawled out of the tin into all sorts of amazing shapes.
And I have no idea why it did that or how that works. But I really want to find out.
Off to find my copy of Harold McGee now…
